He has 13 years of experience in Agile and Lean, through the practice of several methods and practices: Scrum, Kanban, Scrum+Kanban, XP, Design Thinking, Design Sprint, Dual-Track Scrum, Spotify Model, DAD, LeSS, SAFe, Team Tolopogies, Flow-To-Work, and others. He has participated in transformation processes occupying several roles: Scrum Master, Product Owner, Scrum Developer, Agile Coach, Enterprise Coach, Business Agility Strategist, Transformation Lead, Executive Advisor.
